Delivery, duties and returns
Prints are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Hong Kong: 2–3 business days. Everywhere else: 3–7 business days. Delivery is free and tracked. Framed pieces are made to order and ship in 2–3 weeks.
Prices don’t include import duties or taxes. Hong Kong orders never have any. In the UK, the EU and some other countries the carrier may collect import VAT on delivery.
If it arrives damaged, email a photo to info@kakahuette.com within 10 days and we’ll replace it free. Within 10 days you can also exchange it once for a different photograph of equal value, as long as it is unused.

What does “limited to 50 per size” mean?
Each size of each photograph is printed no more than 50 times. Every print is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Can I see how big it will look on my wall?
Yes. On every photograph, tap See it on your wall. You can place it to scale with your phone camera, or on a photo of your own wall. The size finder also suggests a size for the furniture it will hang above.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Most orders arrive with no extra charges. Any customs duty or import tax is set by your own country, not by us, and depends on local thresholds — it's outside our control and not included in the listed price. If you're ever charged something unexpected, write to info@kakahuette.com and we'll help sort it out.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
How is the print packaged?
Print only orders are rolled in silk paper and shipped in a protective archival tube. Framed orders come in a black wooden frame with a white mat and UV-protective acrylic glass, packed flat and ready to hang.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@kakahuette.com as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or reprint to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
What is your return policy?
