Free delivery to Hong Kong and worldwide for all art prints.

For All Orders

Each piece is made on-demand. We usually ship all orders within 24-48 hours.

Delivery times:

  • Hong Kong: 2–3 business days after shipment.
  • International: 3–5 business days after shipment.

We strive to deliver orders promptly. To ensure this, please provide correct and complete shipping details when placing your order.

KAKAHUETTE is not responsible for delays or returns caused by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping information.
  • Failed delivery attempts.
  • Unclaimed packages.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is paramount at Kakahuette.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • You have 10 days to contact us about your order from the date of purchase.
  • Photography exchanges: You may request one free exchange for a different photograph of equal value (excluding delivery fees).
  • The product must be in perfect, unused condition to qualify.

Damaged Product Guarantee

  • Any damaged prints will be replaced or refunded.
  • To claim, email us within 10 days of receipt with:
    • Photos of the damaged item.
    • A description of the issue.
  • Once approved, you may choose:
    • A replacement (free standard shipping).
    • A refund for the item.
