How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Delivery in Hong Kong typically takes 2–3 business days; international orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
How is the print packaged?
Print only orders are rolled in silk paper and shipped in a protective archival tube. Framed orders are flat-packed with shatter-free acrylic glass, ready to hang.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@kakahuette.com as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or reprint to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
What is your return policy?
30-day love-it guarantee — free return or reprint. The product must be in perfect, unused condition to qualify.
